Registration for Middle School Track and High School Track, Baseball, and Softball Athletes will be in the “Card Rock Cafe” in the High School Gym
Tuesday, February 21st 2:30pm – 6:30pm and Thursday, February 23rd 2:30pm – 7:00pm
ATHLETIC NIGHT – Feb 23rd
Mandatory Parent/Athlete Meetings – 7pm
Team Meetings – 8pm

Athletic fees are based on the students designation within the Corbett School District’s lunch program. Please select the appropriate form list below to begin the 2011-12 registration process. Question about your students designation should be directed to the school district prior to attempting registration. Verification of participation in the Reduced and Free lunch program will be completed.

CYS – CORBETT YOUTH SPORTS [Middle School Baseball and Softball, Youth Baseball, Softball, and T-Ball]
CYS enables young athletes to play sports in preparation for their high school years. It is all built on volunteerism. Without people donating their time to help our kids succeed in athletics, there would be no youth sports in Corbett.
Sign up dates at the Grade School Cafeteria:
February 18th 11:00am – 2:00pm
February 25th 11:00am – 2:00pm
March 3rd 9:00am – 10:00am
Parent’s Meeting at the Grade School Cafeteria:
March 3rd 10:00am – 11:00am
The last sign up day will be before the parent’s meeting on March 3rd. At the parent meeting you will have the opportunity to ask questions of the CYS Board and coaches.
Any registration received after March 3rd will be subject to a $25 late fee and a spot on a team is not guaranteed.
